Don't make the same mistake as me in getting the wrong insurance plan. I wasnt expecting my first visit to be nearing $800 with all the services they provided. (insurance didnt cover as much is thought it would) Regardless, Dr. Daugherty and Vickie Lee did a great job considering I hadn't visited the dentist in a while. They helped me get my gum health back on track and fix the cavities. My 6 month follow up cleaning with Vickie showed my gums had improved a bit. Receptionist are friendly as well, office is clean.

Sladjana vickie and Nicole showed most professionalism soon as you walk into the door all the way trough till you walk out. Friendly staff they listen to you and work with you every step away. Best place to come to and do any dental work come here and you will be happy you came and visited. Def leaving with a smile on my face

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Serena Kaplan with Mirjana today. Upon my arrival, I was greeted warmly by Nicole who was incredibly friendly and helpful from arrival, to reviewing of payment, to departure. The warmth, friendliness and helpfulness that I was welcomed with carried throughout the rest of my appointment with Dr. Kaplan and Mirjana. I arrived as a new patient, nit having been seen prior, with a broken tooth and every thing was taken care of within this first appointment. Dr. Kaplan took the time to review the plan of care with me thoroughly. She explained each problem area and the level of urgency for which they needed to be addressed. She let me know about how long to expect each step of the process to take and what each step entailed, which was so helpful. How often are you left waiting at a medical appointment thinking “I wonder what’s next?” or “I wonder where everyone went or what they’re doing?” I arrived in a bit of a panic, fearing the worst, and left reassured, in no pain or discomfort, with a new crown just a few hours later. This was by far the best dental experience I’ve had in my adult life both in the level and capacity of care I received and the helpfulness and friendliness of office staff. Thank you! UPDATE: I’ve continued to receive care here throughout the year, bother routine and urgent, and have recommended Dentists of Paradise Valley to multiple friends and family. The care Dr. Kaplan provides is just outstanding and the office staff (especially Maria and Nicole) are wonderful.
